The Girls Swim and Dive Team honored six senior on Thursday night. Abby Christian, Faith Gates,Madison Livingston, Kelsi Parker and Erika Ochodnicky.  These swimmers have lead Owosso to another outstanding season. The team finished of the duel meet season with a win over Kearsley 129-53 . The team improved their record to 7-1 on the season.  The team has an amazing season the past three year due in large part to the work these girls put in. The team works hard but has a great deal of fun along the way. The highlight of night was once again the outstanding dives performed by Katie Clevenger. She broke her record that she just set last Thursday.  Her previous record was 252.55. Her new record stands at 264.80. The team will next the two to get in some great practices before heading to the conference meet on November 1st-3rd.

In the first event the team of Macy Irelan, Erika Ochodnicky, Allie Pumford, and Kelsi Parker took first, while the team of Lauren Taylor, Faith Gates, Alexis Chamberlin came in 2nd, the team of Hannah Yerrian, Liz Vreibel, Maddy Kregger and Brooklyn Crackle finished 4th.  

In the 200 free Lily Davis tuned in a great time taking first, Mya LaMay finished 2nd, and Marissa Spalding was 4th.  In event 3 the IM Lily Espinoza won the event and Madisyn Ketchum was 3rd. In the 50 free Macy Irelan touched first, Madison Livingston was 2nd, Alexis Chamberlin was 4th.  The divers were up next with Katie Clevenger taking 1st and Faith Gates taking 2nd. In the fly Erika Ochodnicky was 2nd and Mya LaMay was 3rd. The 100 free saw Madison Livingston get another win for the Trojans, Maddy Kregger was 2nd and Kelsi Parker was 4th.  In the 500 Allie Pumford took 1st and Macy Irelan placed 2nd. In the 200 free relay the Trojan team of Ketchum, Livingston, Davis and Ochodnicky finished 1st. The team of Marissa Spalding, LaMay, Kregger and Cali Spalding were 3rd. The team of Kelsi Parker, Abby Christian, Brooklynn Crackel and Liz Vreibel were 5th.  In the backstroke Pumford got the win with Lauren Taylor taking 2nd. In the breaststroke Espinoza got the win, Faith Gates was 2nd and Lily Davis was 3rd. In the final event the 400 free the team of Kregger, Chamberlin, Pumford and Irelan were 1st. The team of Ochodnicky, Parker, Livingston and Spalding were 2nd, and Taylor, Vreibel, C. Spalding and Crackle were 4th.
