LAKE FENTON HIGH SCHOOL: 45
The Owosso Varsity dropped a home game tonight on Homecoming against 5-1 Lake Fenton 45-7. The Trojans had too many self-inflicted turnovers to keep the game within reach. Owosso was led in rushing by Charles Goldman who had 17 carries for 117 yards. Freshman Hoyt Patrick had another solid night as well running 10 times for 75 yards and a touchdown. Hugh Doyle was 8/16 for 78 yards through the air. Damien Hart, Bryce Johnston, and Alex Krawczyk each had 3 tackles apiece for Owosso. The Trojans travel to Clio next Friday to take on the Mustangs.
