Owosso scored a road victory tonight on the road at Clio 51-8. The Trojans pounded out 379 rushing yards and 6 TD’s on the ground, as well as another TD through the air. Charles Goldman led the Trojans rushing attack with 178 yards on 9 carries and two TD. Teddy Worthington went off for 165 yards on 11 carries and 2 touchdowns. Tyler Dewley also added a rushing TD. Hugh Doyle was 4 of 5 passing for 34 yards, including a 17 yard scoring strike to Chrishaun Bates. Taylor Lange paced the defense with 7 tackles while Hoyt Patrick had 6 tackles and a sack. Cody Fields and Damien Hart both had interceptions for the Trojans. Owosso hosts a Metro crossover game Friday ,opponent to be named.
