Clio-
The Varsity headed to Clio Wednesday night to face Clio and Linden. A night of grinding battles left both sides exhausted and the Trojans were unlucky and lost 36-40 against Clio.
Linden-
Owosso lost, but didn't let Linden off the hook easily. Owosso won 7 matches, Linden won 7 matches, but in the battle of pins Linden scored one more pin to take the lead in the final match. Owosso lost 38-36.
Captains Tyler Dewley and Parker Spencer along with Alex Fisher, Owen Ott, and Avynn Dilts went undefeated for the night,
One of the most electric moments of the night was Issac Williams in his first time on the mat, in an exhibition match versus a 215 from Fenton. In an exciting match, Issac pinned his opponent in the second period.
Owosso heads to Ithica on Saturday for an individual competitor tournament.
