MASON HIGH SCHOOL: 0
The Owosso High School boys swimming team took 5th place at the Mason Invitational scoring 150 points. Winning the invitational was Mason with a score of 635 points also competing were Jackson, Eaton Rapids, Ovid-Elsie and Ionia.
Individual placers for Owosso were Brandon Steinley who took 6th in diving with a score of 158.25 and Parker Omer who took 3rd in the 100 Freestyle with a time of 56.39. In the relay events the 200 Freestyle Relay team of Garrett Hoag, Justin Svarc, Nathan Gute and Parker Omer took 6th with a time of 1:52.85 and in the 400 Freestyle Relay consisting of 8 swimmers each swimming a 50 Freestyle the team of Garrett Hoag, Tyler Hoag, Justin Svarc, Ross Raatz, Nathan Gute, Connor Bartlett, Charles Deweese and Parker Omer took 6th with a time of 4:17.
