Girls varsity basketball falls to Swartz Creek 54-29. Owosso, despite being playing with a short bench due to injuries, battled through 3 quarters keeping it a 2 score game throughout. The physical play finally took its toll as the dragons pulled away late in 3rd. The Trojans as a team really executed what was asked defensively but could not get shots to fall from the outside. Sierra Crugher and Kendall Anderson stood out on the defensive end. Anderson led the Trojans with 10 points. Owosso takes on Lake Fenton Friday night.
