Owosso Girls Varsity Basketball runs past Brandon 65-47.
The first quarter saw the Trojans in a battle trailing 12-9 headed to the second. Owosso found a rhythm and fought back to send the game to half tied at 25 apiece. A couple of adjustments saw the Trojans get going in the 3rd, racing out to 40-32 lead. In the fourth, the Trojans turned defense into offense out scoring the Blackhawks 25-10 in the fourth. This was a great team win heading into the holiday break.
Kendall Anderson had a double double with 17 points, 12 rebounds, adding 6 steals. Skotti Ball-Duley with back to back games of 20+ points, added 22. Peyton Spicer added 8 points and 11 rebounds. Sawyer Ball-Duley had 8 points for the Trojans. Lexi Hemker scored 6, Reese Thayer and Lily Usher each with 2
