Owosso girls golf team competed in regional play today at the Owosso Country Club. Owosso's team total of 483 fell short of moving on to the state tournament, despite Izzey Newbury's individual state qualifying score of 101. Maddie Krantz closed out her terrific high school career falling eight shots short of qualifying for states (113). Grace Basso (133), and Kennedy Peplinski (136) completed Owosso's scoring. Flint Powers took home first place honors by shooting a 358 team total.
