Owosso XC kicked off the 2018 Season with standout runs by meet champion, Jorden Sowash (16:18), and 3rd place finisher, Mirranda Libbey (20:33). Both medalists ran smart races by starting at a steady 1st mile pace, and slowly moving up the pack into the top 3. After an eventful OHS Athletics day of team photos, a morning easy run, and the Community Pep Rally, the St. Johns "Under the Lights" Invitational twilight meet was a great send off to the weekend (9:45 pm/10:25 pm race times). We look forward to continued growth as the team continues to reach personal and team goals.
