Owosso traveled to Ledge Meadows golf course to compete in the Greater Lansing XC Championships today. Athletes competed well despite a very soggy course and temperatures in the low 40's. Jorden Sowash's 16:36 earned him a team best 14th place finish. Pacing the girls was freshman Emma Johnson with a 21:30. Both Ethan DeMeules and Grace Perry were able to run personal best times today.
Championship season continues next week with the FML Championship on Wednesday and the Shiawassee County Championship on Saturday.
