The Boys cross country team competed at the Greater Flint Championship on Saturday in Mt. Morris!  It was a chilly morning, but they ran an outstanding race placing 16th out of 23 teams. 

1. Flushing 2. Linden 3. Davison 16. Owosso

Many of the athletes succeeded in running personal records or season records!!  Simon Erfourth, coming in first for the Owosso boys, ran a personal record of 17:29 (42nd out of 185 runners). Corey Gates ran a season record of 18:36 so close to his PR, only 6 seconds away (83rd)!  Max Baade ran a PR of 18:47 (96th), continuing to improve every race!  Sam Perry ran a PR 19:22 taking 23 seconds off his last PR (108th). Charlie Agnew ran a 21:14 (159th) coming in 5th for Owosso.  Zachary Wieler ran a PR of 21:35 taking 11 seconds off his PR(162th)! Owen Feldpausch who is new to XC and running only his 3rd race, ran a PR of 21:56(165th). Charlie Nolph ran a season record of 23:46, and Liam Weir ran a 26:09. These boys work really hard, and their work is paying off! Continuing to improve and take time off every race is an amazing thing to see! Great job boys!
