The weather was touch and go tonight, but thankfully it cleared just long enough to get all matches played.  Alyssa Parsons fell short to her opponent 6-4,6-2 representing the number 1 singles position. At number 2 singles, Kelsey Andrykovich breezed passed her opponent 6-0, 6-1 giving Owosso one of its two victories. Abby Christian had a good run at it tonight and feels like she is getting her game back. She falls 6-3, 6-4.  Sydney Cairns had a tough opponent tonight and fell short 6-2, 6-2.  

In doubles action, the number one spot proved to be too tough for juniors Maya Manuel and Elizabeth Vreibel as they lost 6-0, 6-0.  However the number 2 spot seemed extra nice tonight with a come-back victory from Lily Davis and Hannah Archer.  They dropped the first set 5-7. However the second set belonged to the lady trojans as they took the second set tie-breaker 7-4.  The weather go involved and forced a third set tiebreaker and Davis and Archer won 7-4 after being down 4-1. Nice job ladies!

Our number three doubles had a much harder match as Abby Box and Kiho Sekine fell 6-0, 6-0.  Jordan Tower and Ellie Feldpausch made their Varsity debut tonight taking a loss at 6-1, 6-4.
