The Owosso boy's track and field team finished the 2021 FML dual meet portion of the season with a 105-30 loss at Corunna. While it was a loss, there were PR's left and right with kids in many events. Scoring performances include:

Tyler Hufnagel took 1st in the 300 m hurdles with a PR time of 44.17.

Gavin Holmes took 1st in the pole vault with a PR height of 9'0. 

Mason Brecht took 2nd in the 100 m and 200 m dashes with a PR time of 11.90 in the 100 and a time of 24.82 in the 200. 

Jack Smith took 2nd in the 1600 m run with a PR time of 5:13.16.

John Kulhanek took 2nd in the shot put with a throw of 41'8.

Seth Hintz took 2nd in the discus with a PR throw 103'5.

Noah Feinauer took 2nd in the 3200 m run with a of 12:14.47.

Charlie Goldman took 3rd in the 400 m dash with a time of 59.72.

Corey Gates took 3rd in the 1600 m run with a time of 5:34.23. 

The Trojans finish the dual portion of the season with a 2-3 record and will take the track on Friday, once again at Corunna HS for the Cavalier True Team Invite. I was very proud of the way we competed today and I am really pleased with the overall number of personal bests recorded today by the boys. Full results can be found at:
