Owosso found themselves down 18-3 quickly to start the game. They fought back before the half to make it a 30 to 25 deficit. In the 3rd quarter Owosso fell behind again by 10 and had to fight back. Tying the game to end the third quarter. Sore at the end of the 3rd was 40-40. At the start of the 4th Mt Morriss hit some big shots to go up 49-40. But Owosso never quit and clawed back into the game with some big shots. Was 51-47 Mt Morris with 2:30 left in the game. After that Owosso had to foul to try and catch up and the game got out of their grasp. Was a great all around performance by several athletes. The Owosso team dug their way out of several holes and never quit. Cody Fields had his biggest game of the season with 14 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists. Mathew Shattuck added 9 points and 5 rebounds. Chrishaun abates added 9 points and 7 rebounds. Go Trojans!!!
