Macy Irelan shut down Linden , throwing a complete game shutout and leading Owosso Trojan Varsity Varsity to a 2-0 victory on Monday

The pitching was strong on both sides. Irelan struck out 14, while Jordyn Hobson sat down four.

 Owosso Trojan Varsity Varsity got things started in the second inning. An error scored one run for Owosso Trojan Varsity Varsity.

One bright spot for Linden was a single by Mikayla Timm in the second inning.

Irelan pitched Owosso Trojan Varsity Varsity to victory. Irelan went seven innings, allowing zero runs on two hits and striking out 14.

Hobson took the loss for Linden . Hobson went six innings, allowing two runs on four hits and striking out four.

Owosso Trojan Varsity Varsity cruised to an easy victory over Linden 8-1 on Monday

 Owosso Trojan Varsity Varsity opened up scoring in the first inning, when Macy Irelan grounded out, scoring one run.

 Owosso Trojan Varsity Varsity put up three runs in the fourth inning. Sydney Somers, Jamie Maier, and Lexi Hemker all moved runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

Irelan earned the victory in the circle for  Owosso Trojan Varsity Varsity. The pitcher went seven innings, allowing one run on six hits and striking out 12.

Mikayla Timm took the loss for Linden . The hurler surrendered seven runs on eight hits over three and a third innings, striking out four and walking zero.

 Owosso Trojan Varsity Varsity tallied 12 hits on the day. Hemker, Somers, and Madyson Rainey each managed multiple hits for  Owosso Trojan Varsity Varsity. Somers and Hemker each collected three hits to lead Owosso Trojan Varsity Varsity. Owosso Trojan Varsity Varsity didn't commit a single error in the field. Karley Kincaid had 13 chances in the field, the most on the team.
