Owosso lost to Frankenmuth 10-3 the first game of regionals. They had the lead 3-2 going into the bottom of the fifth when they committed 2 errors, loaded the bases with an intentional walked, hit batter and a double gave Frankenmuth a 7-3 lead. Audri Hrncharik took the loss giving up 6 hits, 2 walks 5 strike outs and 5 hit batters. Jamie Maier was 2 for 3, Harncharik, Loomis, Somers and Thayer all had 1 hit. Frankenmuth won the Regional defeating Goodrich 2-0 in the finals. Owosso ended its season 25-16
