Owosso goes 3 and 2 to finish 3rd in the John Baum Invitational this weekend. It was feast or famine for the young and developing program, but closed out the night with a nail-biter and a win against Fremont High.
The Trojans had several stand out performances and a great performance all around. Showing his strength and stamina, Owen Ott goes undefeated on the weekend as he devastates in his new role at 113lbs. Varsity rookie Zach LaHaine gains his first pin of the year, and Kameron Marsden has found his groove at the 126 weight class scoring his first win of the year as well.
The excitement continues next with the Girls Varsity Wrestling Team heading to Mt. Morris on the 22nd.
