Senior Night!!
Owosso Kicked off Senior Night facing Brandon High. The duel started strong with Kloe Hayes (106) setting the tone scoring a second period pin to set Owosso up, and Captains Tyler Dewley (175), Taylor Lange (150), and Parker Spencer (HW) all collecting wins. Unfortunately, the voids were too much to be filled and Owosso fell 42-39.
Following up by facing Fenton we saw outstanding matches from Owen Ott (120) and Ayvnn Dilts (132) demonstrating perseverance and mental toughness to secure pins. Despite great efforts Owosso falls 57-24.
Owosso Girls Varsity heads to Dewitt Friday Night.
Owosso Varsity Wrestling battles next in Durand on Saturday.
