April 21, 2022 Game 1 vs. Brandon 

The Trojans took game 1 from Brandon, 9-6, with strong pitching, solid defense, and timely hits. The Trojans jumped out to a 5-0 lead in the first inning and never looked back as Hugh Doyle pitched 4 complete innings, giving up 4 hits and striking out 9. Cody Fields finished the final 3 innings, giving up 5 hits and striking out 2. The Trojans smacked 3 home runs in the game with Corbin Thompson getting a double and 1 homerun. Jay Tuttle and Reese Klein both homered with Cody Cody Fields collecting 2 hits. Hugh Doyle, Damon Burdick, and Zach Evon rounded out the offensive attack, each collecting 1 hit. 

April 21, 2022 Game 2 vs Brandon 

The strong offensive attack continued for the Trojans in game 2 as they collected 11 hits, winning in 3 innings, 16-1. Jay Tuttle started on the mound, pitching all 3 innings, not allowing a hit and striking out 7. The offense was led by Teddy Worthington with 3 hits, Corbin Thompson, Cody Fields, and Zach Evon with 2 hits each. Jay Tuttle collected his second home run of the day while Hunter Babcock had one hit. The Trojans are now 4-3 with the final game of the series against Brandon on Friday. 

April 22, 2022 Game 3 vs. Brandon 

The Trojans started slowly in game 3, but opened the game up in the 4th inning when Jay Tuttle and Damon Burdick both doubled. Adam Marcotte was a bulldog on the mound, giving up 7 hits and striking out 8 in 5 2/3 innings. Burdick closed the final 1 1/3 innings, giving up 1 hit and striking out 4. The Trojan offense was led by Zach Evon with another multiple hit performance, slugging 3 hits. Corbin Thompson and Cody Fields rounded out the offense with 1 hit each. The final score was Owosso 6 and Brandon 3.
