April 15 vs. Brandon Game 1
The Trojans opened Flint Metro League play against Brandon on Monday, winning 5-0 on a complete shutout from pitcher Hayden Smith. Smith scattered 2 hits and struck out 4 while the Trojans played clean defense. Blake Binger led the Trojans with 2 hits while Eden Ackley, Carson Moore, Hayden Smith, Austin Blaha, and Liam Patrick all collected 1 hit each.
April 15 vs. Brandon Game 2
The Trojans lost the lead late in game 2 before the game being called due to darkness, tied 9-9 at the end of the 7th inning. The game will be finished on Wednesday before the Trojans take on Brandon in the series finale. Camden Caswell started the game on the mound and pitched 5 innings before Owen Ott pitched 1 and ⅓ innings and Blake Binger finished the final ⅔ innings.
