The boys cross country team competed in a rainy, second Flint Metro League Jamboree at Linden yesterday. The boys showed their dedication to the sport during their two week break from racing, with almost all of the athletes setting personal best times. Finishing first for Owosso, and 9th overall was Simon ErFourth with a time of 17:28. Next, in 31st place was Max Baade setting a personal record of 18:38 (4 seconds off his PR) and Charlie Agnew in 67th with 20:17 (1 second off his PR). Ariston Dallas came in 74th with a personal best of 20:45 taking 14 seconds off his prior PR. Following was Charlie Nolph taking an astounding 49 seconds off with a time of 22:31. I’m incredibly proud of these boys for their dedication to our sport and team. Our next race is Saturday at the Bluejay Invite in Shepherd.
