Owosso fell to Fowlerville, 2-8. We were down 1-4 at halftime. We stepped up our physicality in the 2nd half, but it wasn't enough to stop Fowlerville's shooting opportunities. Our 1st half goal was scored by defender Olivia Savage from the PK line, following a Fowlerville handball in the box. Our 2nd half goal was set up by Mallory Dennis who stepped into the midfield and sent the ball straight to forward, Brooklyn Fields. Fields cut past the final defender, passed the ball ahead into space to Elizabeth McCroan. McCroan dribbled into the box and finished a solid shot. Solid play was consistently shown by center backs, Grace Perry and Mallory Dennis, and center mids, Leah Miller and Sophie Brown.
