Owosso High School Volleyball hosted Flushing in Metro League play on Tuesday night. The Trojans struggled throughout the night to find the edge they needed as they were topped by Flushing in three sets: 13-25, 15-25, 16-25. The program continues playing on Saturday when the Varsity team travels to the Dansville Invitational and the Freshman team travels to the Saginaw Heritage Invitational.
Top performers for the night include: Digs- Harper Newell (6), Megan Vondrasek (5), Brooke Hemker (3), McKenna Sovis (3); Serves- Lauren Stowe (8-8, 1 Ace), Brooke Hemker (5-5), Sovis (4-4), Jelayne Lighthill (4-4); Assists- Sovis (5); Attacks- Reyn Tuttle (4), Vondrasek (2), Newell (2).
