The Owosso Trojans watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 6-1 loss to Goodrich on Thursday. Goodrich took the lead on an error in the first inning. Joey Wagner pitched for the Trojans and lasted four innings, allowing three hits and four runs while striking out three. Brenden VanEffen threw two innings in relief. Luke Wheeler led the Trojans with two hits.
