May 6th vs. Corunna Game 1
The Trojans defeated Corunna, 1-0 in game 1 on the back of Harrison Sydow’s complete game shutout. Sydow commanded the strike zone as he gave up 1 hit and struck out 4 batters. Eden Ackley led the Trojans with 2 hits, scoring the lone run of the game in the 1st inning. Blake Binger and Hayden Smith rounded out the Trojan offense with 1 hit each.
May 6th vs. Corunna Game 2
The Trojans defeated Corunna in game 2, 10-6. Hayden Smith started on the mound and threw 6 innings before Owen Ott closed out the final inning. Eden Ackley had another big game for the Trojans with 3 hits. Carson Moore collected 2 hits while Liam Patrick had a big hit in the 6th inning that scored 2 runs to give the Trojans the lead. Owen Ott also collected 1 hit for the Trojans.
