HOLLY HIGH SCHOOL: 6
Owosso suffered a tough 0-6 loss to Holly. After letting in an early goal, the team held our opponent to 2 first half goals. The team battled well during the second half, but fatigue became with about 20 minutes left in the game. We battled the entire game, with our defense and keeper making necessary stops. Two goals hit the bottom righthand corner, while another was up high, just out of reach. Izzey Jameson made some solid saves (11) along with halting several shooting opportunities. Solid play was showcased by Centerback Rorie Babcock, Centermid Aisha Davis, and Liz McCroan. We look forward to bumping back during Wednesday's home game against Corunna.
