The Owosso boy’s track and field team took part in the Cavalier Classic Invite at Corunna on Friday night. Scoring performances (top 8, regardless of division) included:

Gavin Mecomber won the 110 and 300 m hurdles with a PR time of 15.26 and 41.27. He also took 5^th in the long jump with a mark of 20’4.

Zach Rye took 3^rd in the discus and 4^th in the shot put with throws of 138’11 and 44’8.

Simon Erfouth took 3^rd in the 3200 m run with a PR time of 9:56.12.

PR performances included:

Tristan Williams in the 1000 m dash with 12.92.

Zayne Bentley in the 1000 m dash with 13.36.

Max Baade in the 200 m dash with 23.83.

Evan Hunter in the 200 m dash with 24.14.

Kai Miller in the 800 m run with 2:24.32, and also in the 1600 m run with 5:04.05.

Robert Terry in the 800 m run with 2:34.47.

Porter Emerson in the 800 m run with 3:02.15.

Charlie Agnew in the 1600 m run with 5:14.56.

Tyler Jurhs in the 1600 m run with 5:15.18.

Joe Kulhanek in the shot put with 40’1.

Jacob Powell in the pole vault with 8’3.
