The Owosso boys track team finished 10th out of 16 teams at the Regional track meet at Corunna HS tonight and scored 22 points at the meet. Scoring performances included:

John Kulanek took 3rd in the shot put with a PR throw of 42'5 on his last throw of finals. He also took 4th in the discus with a season best throw of 110'9.

Tyler Hufnagel took 4th in the 110 m hurdles with a PR time of 17.08 and 6th in the 300 m hurdles with a time of 44.82.

Seth Hintz took 7th in the discus with a PR throw of 106'6.

Mason Brecht took 8th in the 100 m dash with a time of 12.13 in finals. 

Other PR performances included:

Noah Feinauer in the 800 m run with a time of 2:24.60.

Ethan Read in the 800 m run with a time of 2:32.98.

Corey Gates in both the 1600 and 3200 m runs with times of 5:16.62 and 11:31.26.

Zach Wieler in the long jump with a jump of 16'5. 

We had many great efforts tonight by the boys. Everyone worked hard and pushed through the heat. I'm very proud of the way we competed today and this season as a whole. Nice job tonight boys!
