The Owosso boys track team lost their FML home opener Tuesday evening to Corunna by a score of 97-40. The Trojans are a young group and many of the boys recorded PR performances at the meet. Scoring and PR performances included:

Gavin Mecomber took 1^st in both the 110 and 300 m hurdles with PR times of 16.24 and 42.20 seconds. He also took 1^st in the high jump with a PR height of 6’0 and 1^st in the long jump with a distance of 20’1.

Max Baade took 1^st in the pole vault with a height of 10’0 and also took 2^nd in the 400 m run with a time of 55.33.

Simon Erfourth took 2^nd in both the 1600 m and 3200 m run with times of 4:57.99 and 10:46.57.

Zach Rye took 2^nd in the discus with a big PR distance of 131’9 and was 3^rd in the shot put with a PR throw of 42’1.

Nick Nidiffer took 3^rd in the 800 m run with a PR time of 2:17.33.

Evan Hunter took 3^rd in the long jump with a PR jump of 19’8.
