The Owosso boys track and field team competed at the Cavalier True Team Invite Friday night. The Trojans finished 3^rd in the Medium School Division and 10^th out of 16 teams. Every athlete scored points in each event at the meet and the top six in each individual event and top four in each relay medaled. Top 10 performances included:

Tyler Hufnagel took 2^nd in the 300 m with a PR time of 40.89 and 5^th in the 110 m hurdles with a time of 16.47.

Gavin Mecomber took 5^th in the high jump with a height of 5’8.

The 4x100 m relay team of Zach Wieler, Anton English, Isaac Williams and Isaac Williams took 10^th with a time of 46.34.

PR performances included:

Tyler Hufnagel in the 200 m dash with a time of 23.91.

Zach Wieler in the 200 m dash with a time of 26.02.

Tyler Jurhs in the 800 m run with a time of 2:28.11.

Joey Kaye in the 800 m run with a time of 2:36.5.

Simon Erfourth in the 1600 m run with a time of 4:56.33.

The 4x200 m relay team of Tyler Hufnagel, Peyton Dwyer, Gavin Holmes and Josepth St Clair with a time of 1:45.61.

Zach Rye in the shot put with a throw of 37’7.25 and also in the discus with a throw of 116’6.

Isaac Williams in the discus with a throw of 113’1.

Tristan Williams in the high jump with a height of 5’5.
